All UK deliveries are £5 and for international shipping costs start at £35 - Please note that all taxes, customs duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the order.

MALA UK Faulty Item Returns Policy

At MALA UK, we are committed to providing high-quality products. If you have received a faulty item, we offer a clear and simple returns process to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Returns: Only items that are deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival are eligible for return.

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Faults must be reported to MALA UK within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. What is Considered a Faulty Item?

  • A faulty item is one that is defective, broken, or damaged during shipping.

  • Faults do not include damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage after receipt.

  • Please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition when inspecting.

3. How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return for a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team at malaclothinguk@outlook.com.

  • Include the following information in your message:

  • Order number

  • Product name and description

  • Description of the fault/damage

  • Photos of the faulty item (if applicable)

Our team will review your case and provide further instructions on how to proceed.

4. Return Process: If your return is approved, we will send you a return label for the faulty item.

Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging (if available) when returning it.

Return shipping costs will be covered by MALA UK.

5. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the fault. If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Exclusions: This returns policy applies only to faulty items and does not cover change-of-mind returns or issues caused by misuse.

Items purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces are subject to the retailer's return policy.
